Acro Dance - Beginner
Acro dance takes acrobatic/gymnastic elements and works them into dance choreography. It will build all round flexibility, balance, strength with moves that will wow in any dance off!! Expect Kicks, Splits and Tricks.
Ages 5 + upwards
Improves strength, balance and flexibility
Visibly builds confidence and friendships
Encourages positive interaction and cooperation with others
Can work towards presentations, competitions
